Free cancellation up to two hours before your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within two hours of pickup will incur a cancellation fee.
No payment is required now. Our team will review your trip details and respond by email within two hours. If your trip is approved, we'll send you a secure payment request with your confirmed fare (Cash App or credit/debit card).
